Ben jij een ervaren Beheertechnicus of Technisch Beheerder Gebouwgebonden Installaties die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor complexe technische omgevingen? Je werk op een unieke locatie met hangars, logistieke gebouwen en kantoren waar techniek 24/7 moet presteren. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor beheer en onderhoud, stuurt monteurs aan en zorgt dat alle installaties betrouwbaar, veilig en efficiënt functioneren. Je combineert technische kennis met klantgerichtheid en houdt altijd overzicht op kwaliteit, planning en kosten. Een vaste rol met impact, afwisseling en toekomstperspectief.

- Mbo+/hbo werk- en denkniveau richting installatietechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of elektrotechniek
- Ervaring met beheer en onderhoud van gebouwgebonden installaties
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte houding
- Ervaring met coördineren van monteurs en onderhoudsprocessen
- Analytisch sterk en in staat om prestaties en kosten te bewaken
- Proactieve, zelfstandige en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding

- Zorgen voor optimale werking van gebouwgebonden installaties (HVAC, elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde)
- Coördineren en begeleiden van gepland onderhoud en reparaties
- Snel en professioneel oplossen van storingen
- Fungeren als vast aanspreekpunt voor de klant op locatie
- Vastleggen en bewaken van afspraken, documentatie en KPI’s
- Aansturen en controleren van monteurs en leveranciers
- Analyseren van prestaties en aandragen van verbeteringen
- Bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit en contractresultaten
