We zoeken een Teamleider Technische Dienst Zwembadtechniek in de regio Rotterdam / Westland. In deze rol combineer je jouw technische kennis met leiderschap en organisatiekracht. - MBO-4 opleiding installatietechniek (WTB of Elektrotechniek) óf aantoonbare relevante ervaring
- Ervaring met het aansturen van een team
- Rijbewijs B
- Bereidheid om mee te draaien in consignatiediensten
- Ervaring met gebouwbeheersystemen (RT2000, Priva) is een pré
- Certificaten zoals VCA-vol, NEN 3140 VP, ZTD1/ZTD2 of bereid deze te behalen
- Binnen 6 weken beschikbaarheid van een geldige VOG

Als Teamleider Technische Dienst ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw team van circa 5 servicemonteurs. Je stuurt aan, begeleidt en ondersteunt, maar blijft ook zelf actief als meewerkend voorman.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Aansturen en coördineren van het TD-team, inclusief maandelijks werkoverleg
- Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en het organiseren van toolboxmeetings
- Uitvoeren en coördineren van preventief en correctief onderhoud en projecten
- Beoordelen van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden
- Controleren van gewerkte uren
- Afstemmen met werkvoorbereiding over planning en consignatieroosters
- Begeleiden van collega’s en externe partijen op locatie
- Je werkt 32–38 uur per week in dagdienst. Daarnaast draai je ongeveer één week per maand consignatiedienst. Het regioteam wordt aangestuurd door een Asset & Projectmanager.
