Als Servicetechnicus Gebouwgebonden Installaties ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden, inspecteren en optimaliseren van technische installaties binnen uiteenlopende omgevingen, zoals kantoren, zorginstellingen, productiebedrijven en publieke gebouwen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat installaties veilig, efficiënt en volgens de geldende normen blijven functioneren.
Je werkt aan duurzame en toekomstgerichte oplossingen binnen de energietransitie, waarbij jouw technische expertise direct bijdraagt aan betrouwbare en efficiënte gebouwinstallaties. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je voert onderhoud uit, lost storingen op en denkt mee over verbeteringen en verduurzaming.

- Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.800 en €4.500, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring

- Een afgeronde technische opleiding op MBO niveau 4 (niveau 3 met relevante ervaring is ook mogelijk)
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met service en onderhoud aan gebouwgebonden installaties
- Technische kennis van installaties zoals HVAC, elektrotechnische installaties of werktuigbouwkundige systemen
- Je bent oplossingsgericht, zelfstandig en klantgericht
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
- Een flexibele en proactieve werkhouding
- In het bezit van een rijbewijs B

- Uitvoeren van onderhoud, inspecties en servicewerkzaamheden aan gebouwgebonden installaties
- Lokaliseren, analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen
- Zorgdragen dat installaties voldoen aan wettelijke normen en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen
- Adviseren over vervanging, optimalisatie en verduurzaming van installaties
- Aansturen en begeleiden van onderaannemers indien nodig
- Contact onderhouden met klanten en zorgen voor een hoge klanttevredenheid
- Rapporteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en bevindingen
- Meedenken over technische verbeteringen en efficiëntere oplossingen
