Als (Senior) Contractmanager Services ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal beheren, verbeteren en uitbreiden van service- en onderhoudscontracten binnen een technisch complexe omgeving. Jij vormt de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, techniek en operatie, waarbij je zorgt dat gebouwgebonden installaties optimaal presteren en contractafspraken worden nageleefd én verder ontwikkeld.

- Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur Technische Bedrijfskunde, Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in contractmanagement binnen een technische of installatietechnische omgeving
- Ervaring met service- en onderhoudscontracten, SLA’s en KPI-sturing
- Kennis van asset management, onderhoudsstrategieën en gebouwgebonden installaties
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met klantcontact op tactisch en strategisch niveau
- Commercieel inzicht en het vermogen om contractkansen te signaleren en benutten
- Je bent analytisch, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal

- Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en stakeholders

- Forecasten, budgetteren en sturen op contractresultaten en rendement
- Samenwerken met technische teams om onderhoudsprocessen te optimaliseren
- Coachen en begeleiden van teamleden in hun professionele ontwikkeling
- Implementeren en bewaken van asset management principes
